Emma Shepherd is the Founder of The AI Advantage Academy and a UK-based AI training specialist with over 30 years of business and commercial experience. She bridges the gap between emerging AI technology and practical business performance, helping organisations and entrepreneurs translate AI capability into measurable commercial benefit.
She is the author of the UK’s first Mini MBA in AI for Business, a CPD-accredited programme that awards 60 CPD points and is designed to develop accountable AI leaders. Emma is also the lead curriculum architect of the UK’s first AI in Business Skills Bootcamp and serves as an AI training curriculum developer and delivery partner for The Growth Academy Berkshire.
Emma has designed and delivered AI training programmes aligned with nationally recognised AI skills and governance frameworks, supporting senior leaders, HR teams, entrepreneurs, and founders in building structured internal AI capability with confidence.
Her approach centres on teaching structured processes and repeatable frameworks that can be applied across industries and adapted to evolving AI tools.
