The AI Advantage Academy is partnering with The Growth Academy Berkshire (part of The Skills and Business Hub) to deliver a second round of AI Skills Bootcamps for Business, funded by The Department of Education, following the success of their previous cohort.
Steve Bulley from the Growth Academy Berkshire said: “I have been overwhelmed with the feedback from the businesspeople who undertook the first AI for Business Skills Bootcamp in Berkshire, all are intending to make changes to their ways of working following the learning. Working with Emma as our trainer on this programme has delivered a learning journey that inspires, challenges, and develops those who attended.”
These bootcamps, starting in October 2025, form part of the UK Government’s national strategy to improve the workforce with practical, business-focused AI training.
Due to the success of its first cohort, the partnership will now double its intake of learners to meet growing demand. The two courses include:
- AI for Business Essentials – Professionals exploring AI for the first time
- Ai for Business Advanced – Professionals ready to embed and expand AI within their business operations
Both bootcamps are built on The AI Advantage Academy’s AI Integration Framework, developed by Emma Shepherd, and designed to help businesses move from AI exploration to measurable results safely and strategically.

The April 2025 cohort delivered:
- 100% pass rate
- Fully developed AI integration roadmaps
- Tangible business outcomes: new product launches, career pivots, and startup formation
Participants included solopreneurs, SME owners, agency leads, and freelancers, each building strategies to implement AI effectively and responsibly.
